President John Dramani Mahama has appointed well-known journalist and media personality, Bridget Otoo, as a Staffer at the Office of the President.
The appointment was officially announced by the Presidency on Friday, June 27, 2025.
Bridget Otoo is a respected Ghanaian journalist and TV presenter. She is widely known for her bold voice, strong opinions on national issues, and active role in social and political matters.
She has also played a key role in activism, especially on issues affecting ordinary Ghanaians. One major example was her participation in the Occupy Julorbi House protests held in Accra on September 21, 2023.
