Black Starlets head coach Prosper Ogum has explained how his team will be shaped ahead of their next assignment, stressing that every player will earn his place through performances in matches. The Black Starlets are currently involved in a series of friendly games as part of preparations for an upcoming CAF competition. According to Ogum, these matches are key to assessing players and deciding who stays in the squad and who moves on.The coach made it clear that selection will not be rushed or based on a single game. Instead, players will be closely monitored over time, ensuring fairness and sustained effort within the group. He also highlighted the importance of open communication, noting that players will be spoken to directly about decisions affecting them. What we are going to do is as and when we play these matches we will put these players to test those we think we need to let them go we will let them go. Those we think we will let them stay we will let them stay so it is not going to be a one off thing when it is one off it will tell the other players nobody is coming in,” as aired by Peace FM.”And in terms of energy impact and what have you they wouldn’t give their best so if you know today two people are gone next week two are gone you will never know it is you turn. But then the good thing here is that we give them feedback individual feedbacks,
