Award winning Ghanaian blogger cum vlogger, Rashad, has heavily descended on Obaa Yaa, Brother Sammy’s ex-wife.
Speaking on Ghpage’s Rash Hour Show last Monday, Rashad slammed Obaa Yaa for abandoning Brother Sammy in Ghana for the past three years.
Without mincing words, Rashad expressed strong disapproval of Obaa Yaa’s decision to stay away from Ghana for three years while still married.
According to Rashad, marriage requires active companionship and emotional support—qualities he believes were lacking in this situation.
He argued that leaving one’s spouse for such an extended period demonstrates a lack of commitment and empathy.
“Marriage thrives on presence and understanding,” Rashad emphasized, questioning why Obaa Yaa remained abroad for so long without frequently returning home.
While acknowledging that she has the right to travel, he maintained that her responsibilities as a wife should have guided her decisions.
Rashad further challenged Obaa Yaa’s motives, asking what kept her in France for three years and whether she had found a new sense of fulfillment that prevented her from returning to Ghana.
His remarks come on the heels of a recent revelation by Brother Sammy during an appearance on UTV Ghana, where he disclosed that his marriage to Obaa Yaa has officially ended in divorce.
