A young woman identified as Rosa who’s one of several victims of Russian national Yaytseslav, has ended it all after discovering she had contracted HIV.
According to reports from Kenya, Rosa was found dead in her apartment days after an intimate video involving her and Yaytseslav was shared on his private Telegram channel.
The circulation of the footage is said to have caused her severe emotional distress.
Sources indicate that Rosa had unprotected intercourse with the man during his stay in Kenya.

She reportedly received only $20 from Yaytseslav following the encounter, alongside promises of a long-term relationship only to later discover that these promises were deceptive.
News of her HIV diagnosis, coupled with the online exposure, is believed to have significantly impacted her mental health prior to her death.
Authorities in Kenya have yet to release a comprehensive official statement detailing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Meanwhile, the Government of Ghana has issued a public advisory urging any women who may have had intimate contact with Yaytseslav to immediately visit the nearest health facility for HIV and other sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing.
