Ghana international Antoine Semenyo continued his fine form with a goal and an assist in Manchester City’s 3-0 victory over Fulham at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday evening.

City dominated proceedings from the start and took the lead in the 24th minute through Semenyo, who finished confidently to open the scoring. Just six minutes later, the forward turned provider, delivering a superb assist for Nico O’Reilly to double the hosts’ advantage.

Phil Foden later set up Erling Haaland for City’s third goal before halftime, effectively sealing the result in a commanding first-half display.

Fulham tightened up defensively after the break and managed to prevent further damage, but they struggled to threaten City’s control of the game.

Semenyo has now scored three goals in five Premier League appearances for Manchester City since completing his move from Bournemouth last month, underlining his growing influence in Pep Guardiola’s side.
