
Semper FiSemper Fi FC responded to their home defeat against Hakla SC with a 3-1 victory over Na God FC in the Access Bank Division One League Zone Three on Saturday at the Tuba Astro Turf Park.The visitors made a bright start and took the lead in the 17th minute through Kennedy Owusu. However, Na God FC responded quickly, with Emmanuel Issaka equalising in the 23rd minute to bring the game back on level terms.Semper Fi regained control before the break, as Samuel Adonteng Owusu restored their lead in the 34th minute to give his side a 2-1 advantage heading into halftime.In the second half, Semper Fi managed the game well and continued to pose a threat going forward. Samuel Adonteng Owusu sealed the victory with his second goal of the match in the 82nd minute, wrapping up an important win.The result sees Semper Fi climb back into second place, and they will hope to win their remaining four games to end the season on a high. They will host leaders Port City next weekend in Teshie.
