Tamale-based musician Abdulrahim Abdullah, popularly known as Israhim, has stirred both admiration and criticism following his dramatic entrance at the highly anticipated Back In White concert.

The event, held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, attracted thousands of music lovers from across the Northern Region and featured talented local acts.

However, it was Israhim’s arrival that stole the spotlight. In a now-viral TikTok video, the artist is seen arriving in a hospital ambulance, strapped to a stretcher and dressed entirely in white.

Surrounded by men in military-style and medical uniforms, and flanked by police, he was carefully carried towards the stage, sparking confusion and anticipation among fans.

Once unstrapped, Israhim slowly rose from the stretcher and launched into a soulful performance of one of his hit songs. The crowd erupted in applause, singing along in what turned into a highly emotional and memorable moment.

The unconventional entrance has sparked a flurry of reactions online. While some fans hailed it as “next-level showmanship,” others criticized it as “unnecessary drama” and “distasteful.”
