Ghanaian evangelist and social media sensation, Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa and now known as Evangelist Josephine, has been officially released from prison today, March 3, 2026.
Her release follows a successful appeal that saw her original 15-year jail term reduced to one year. She was sentenced in July 2025 after being convicted of defrauding by false pretenses and charlatanic advertisement.
Ahead of her release, preparations had already begun at her church, Heaven Way Champion International Ministry. The church building was seen being repainted and renovated in anticipation of her return.
Last Sunday, her husband, Angel Asiamah, also shared customised T-shirts expected to be worn by church members during a special thanksgiving service to officially welcome her home.
Following her release today, Angel Asiamah took to social media to share a video of himself, his wife — affectionately called Mama Pat — and her parents, all dressed in white apparel.
Captioning the video, he wrote: “Thank God my wife is finally home.”
