Viewers of this week’s edition of Channel One TV‘s popular entertainment talk show, The Chat, were left spellbound by the magical live performance from Hiplife icon Trigmatic.
As one of the show’s special guests, Trigmatic took centre stage not for an interview, but for a full-fledged live performance with the ‘Adwin Pa’ band.
The energy in the studio was electric as the Hiplife icon launched into a medley of his biggest hits. The peak of his performance was when he performed his monster hit ‘My Life’ [No Body Knows Tomorrow].
His performance on The Chat perfectly exhibits his stage presence and coagulates his status as a Hiplife legend.
Known in real life as Enoch Nana Yaw Oduro- Agyei, Trigmatic, in 2022, hosted the debut edition of the Africa Music Business Dialogue at the SIlverbird Cinemas in Accra.
Under new management (Gab Management) in 2010 he released his first main album, Permanent Stains. The album included his hit singles “My Life”, “Mefiri Ghana” and “My Jolly”.
He got seven nominations making him the highest nominee in the Ghana Music Awards (2011) now Telecel Ghana Music Awards [TGMA]. He won The Best Rapper of the Year award that year (2011).
The Chat, hosted by Ekow Koomson airs every Saturday on Channel One TV from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
