Hellen Asomah, the mother of the 3-year-old child battling her eyesight has cried to Ibrahim Mahama, among other wealthy Ghanaians to come to her aid, stating that she is in dire need of urgent help.
Speaking with MFK on Lawson Afisem, the young woman shared how her child lost eyesight and was battling to survive following an incident.
She revealed that, the child was playing when the eye got hit by a slipper, leading to the current predicament.
Hellen Asomah claims the child’s eye problem has escalated to an extremely worrisome level, but, the unfortunate thing is that they do not have the finances to cater for the medical needs.
At the moment, according to Hellen Asomah, they have sought medical help at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, but an amount of money is required for the treatment.
Being poor parents who depend on alms for survival, Hellen Asomah and her husband have cried out, calling Ibrahim Mahama and wealthy Ghanaians for support, so that, if possible, the child could see again.
