Ghana international, Samuel Owusu, has scored an incredible solo goal for Al-Fayha in their 2-0 home victory against Al Adalah Club in the Saudi top-flight league on Friday.
Al Adalah player Al Mazidi scored an own goal for Owusu’s side in the sixteenth minute of the game. Brazil international, Neto was presented with an opportunity to extend the lead through the spot, but he missed.
The 24-year-old speedy winger scored his side’s second goal of the match in the 56th minute after Al Mazidi had scored the own goal.
Owusu picked the ball from the halfway line and bolted to the opposition’s goal area through the right flank, worked it onto his favorite left foot, and fired it home.
He was replaced with five minutes of regulation time remaining. 26-year-old Saudi international, Othman Yahya El-Haj Hassan replaced the Black Stars winger.
The goal is his 7th goal of the season for Al-Fayha with 2 assists so far in the season. He was also named in the team of the week of matchday 29 of the Saudi Professional League.
Al-Fayha sit 13th on the league table with 32 points.
