Popular Nigerian content creator Aloma Isaac Junior, widely known as Zicsaloma, has sparked widespread reactions online after unveiling the results of his recent nose surgery.
The comedian and social media sensation, who traveled to Turkey for rhinoplasty, shared before-and-after photos of the procedure, drawing mixed responses from fans and critics alike.
Zicsaloma had long expressed his desire for a nose similar to that of the late pop icon Michael Jackson.
Despite backlash from some social media users questioning his decision, he remains confident, stating that he is happy with the outcome.
In a YouTube post, Zicsaloma disclosed that his procedure was done in collaboration with a Turkish hospital, which covered the cost of his surgeries.
He revealed that he only paid for his visa and travel expenses, thanks to his massive following on social media.
According to him, the full procedure included three treatments:
- Rhinoplasty – Estimated between $5,000 to $6,000
- Eye rejuvenation – Cost $2,500
- Temporary facelift – Cost $2,500
- The total estimated cost of his transformation, excluding accommodation expenses, would have been nearly $11,000 if he had paid in full.
Zicsaloma also revealed that a consultation with the doctor before the surgery cost approximately $300, which he did via video call.
This session allowed him to ask all his questions and alleviate any fears before proceeding with the surgery. He noted that he conducted extensive research beforehand and was reassured by positive reviews from others who had undergone procedures with the same doctor.
Zicsaloma further revealed that his surgery lasted over four hours, but he did not experience any significant pain afterward—only general body weakness. He shared details of his experience in a video, stating:
“So I think for rhinoplasty, it’s about five to six thousand dollars, I think, based on your case. That’s rhinoplasty. So for me, he did three procedures: rhinoplasty, then the eye rejuvenation, which cost about two thousand five hundred dollars, and then the temporary facelift, which also cost about two thousand five hundred dollars. It all depends on the case you discuss with the doctor.”
He further explained that while the nose job was his primary focus, the additional procedures helped enhance his overall appearance.
Reacting to criticism about his decision, Zicsaloma encouraged individuals to embrace self-improvement and work on their insecurities in ways that make them happy. He also urged people to stop stigmatizing or judging those who choose cosmetic surgery.
As he continues healing, he assured fans that his final post-surgery results will be fully visible in four months. Despite the controversy, he reiterated that he loves his new nose and has no regrets.
