Ghana are aiming to join 10 other teams while Morocco host the tournament for the second consecutive time.
The Black Queens began preparing for the qualifiers a few months ago. They played three friendly matches, one against Benin and two against Senegal, all of which they won to prepare for competitive matches.
They failed to qualify for the 2022 WAFCON in Morocco after losing 2-1 on aggregate to Nigeria, and they are eager to make amends in this qualifying round.
