The  Executive Director of Empire Ghana Group, Dorcas Anokye-Adisi, has been recognized with the Excellence in Leadership Award at the prestigious 2024 Women’s Choice Awards, celebrating her outstanding contributions to business and leadership in Ghana.

With over 14 years of experience in banking and finance, Anokye-Adisi has established herself as a formidable force in Ghana’s corporate landscape. Her journey from Standard Chartered Bank (Direct Sales) to Ecobank Ghana Limited, where she demonstrates her exceptional business acumen and client relationship management skills.

As Executive Director and Co-Founder of Empire Group of Companies, she has successfully leveraged her expertise in marketing, communication services, hospitality, and agro-commodity trading. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its portfolio while maintaining strong strategic partnerships and operational excellence.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Anokye-Adisi’s commitment to social impact through the Empire Foundation has been remarkable. The foundation has supported numerous initiatives, including partnerships with SOS Village, providing education, medical support, and financial assistance to beneficiaries for over 15 years.

Her educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Administration in Banking and Finance from Central University College. She holds multiple certifications from the National Banking College in specialized areas such as Trade Business and Management.
