2025 U-20 AFCON: Ghana to face Senegal, Central African Republic and DR Congo in Group C

The Black Satellites, Ghana’s U-20 national team, have been drawn into Group C of the   Total Energies AFCON Under 20 tournament. The team will face strong opponents like Senegal, Central African Republic and DR Congo on their group. This group promises to be highly competitive, with each team vying for a spot in the knockout stages.

The Black Satellites are aiming to claim their fifth continental youth title, having previously lifted the trophy in 1993, 1999, 2009, and 2021. They also won the FIFA U-20 World Cup once in Egypt in 2009. With a rich history of success in youth football, the team is determined to make a strong impression in the upcoming tournament.

The under 20 AFCON is expected to start on April 27 to May 18, 2025, in Egypt.
