Elite Schools League reports of the commanding display by the lads of Kintampo Presby who had their no.10-shirted Musah Haruna named Man-of-the-Match.
Also on the opening day of competition, Kwabenya Atomic M/A Basic School, the Greater Accra champions made a flying start with a 3-0 win over Gambaga Presby Primary School (North East ).
The shock of the day was Western North Region champions Denchemoasue R/C Primary School’s 3-0 thrashing of Ashanti Region champions Suame Methodist Primary B.Ex-Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan was at the Essipong Stadium and he organized a clinic for the kids before speaking to some coaches on how to nurture these talented kids into future champions.
