Ghana earned a hard-fought 0-0 draw against England in their second and entertaining 2026 FIFA World Cup Group L match at Gillette Stadium.
The Three Lions dominated large portions of the game and created several scoring opportunities, but the Black Stars defended resolutely to keep a clean sheet.
Benjamin Asare was particularly impressive in goal, making a crucial save to deny Bukayo Saka in the second half. England came close again moments later when Nico O’Reilly’s header struck the crossbar, but they were unable to find a way past Ghana’s organised defence.
The result means Ghana remain unbeaten with four points from two games and are yet to concede a goal in the tournament. The draw significantly boosts their chances of qualifying for the knockout stage.
Ghana will now face Croatia in their final group game, while England take on Panama on June 27.
