Aduana FC have announced former Medeama SC boss Yaw Acheampong as their new coach ahead of the new season.
Yaw Acheampong takes over the Ogya lads after the departure of Paa Kwesi Fabin who recently joined fellow Premier League side Legon Cities.
After being in the market for a while Aduana Stars have decided to give Acheampong the nod to lead the club as they work on getting a better result compared to last season’s second-place finish.
“We’re delighted to introduce Yaw Acheampong as the fresh Head Coach of Aduana FC. With his wealth of experience and skills, we’re filled with optimism for a triumphant journey ahead,” the club stated.

Acheampong is expected to give the club a competitive drive having garnered enough experience by coaching Medeama, Elmina Sharks, and Eleven Wonders, among others.
Aduana FC finished last season’s Ghana Premier League campaign in an insatiable mood as they gave away the top spot to Medeama SC a few weeks to the end of the season despite domination for several weeks.
The Dormaa-based side will kickstart their season with a trip to the Nsenkyire Sports Complex to lock horns with FC Samartex on September 15.
