Aduana FC have opened negotiations to extend the contract of midfielder Seidu Saana as interest in the player intensifies ahead of the new football season.
The Ghana Premier League side are eager to retain the services of the influential midfielder, who has emerged as a transfer target for several clubs following his impressive performances.
Asante Kotoko have joined the race to sign Saana, with the Porcupine Warriors keen to strengthen their midfield options before the start of the campaign. Newly promoted FC AshantiGold 04 are also making a strong push to secure the midfielder’s signature as they prepare for their return to the top flight.
The growing interest has placed Saana at the centre of one of the domestic transfer window’s most closely watched situations.
While Aduana FC remain determined to keep the midfielder by offering him a new contract, the player must now decide whether to commit his future to the Fire Club or pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere.
Neither Aduana FC nor the interested clubs have officially commented on the ongoing negotiations, with discussions expected to continue in the coming days as all parties seek to reach a favourable outcome.
