Aduana FC Chief Executive Officer Collins Atta Poku has revealed the club’s determination to win the MTN FA Cup in honour of the late Dominic Frimpong.
Speaking ahead of their crucial semi-final fixture, Atta Poku disclosed an emotional exchange he shared with Frimpong prior to his passing. According to the Aduana FC CEO, the late player had jokingly sent him a voice note, urging him to sack all the players if the club failed to win the FA Cup.
The remarks, though made in jest, have taken on deeper significance following Frimpong’s death, with the club now motivated to deliver success in his memory. Atta Poku emphasized that the team is fully focused and united, with a strong desire to honour their late colleague through victory in the competition.
