Africodia Foundation joined global education leaders at the WISE 12 Summit held from 24-25 November 2025 at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Doha. Represented by the Founder, Moussa Touh, and the Programme Director, Ms. Janet Cobbinah, the Foundation contributed to the wider continental dialogue on building equitable, human-centered and future-ready education systems for Africa.
The Summit, hosted by the Qatar Foundation, gathered over 4,000 participants under the theme “Humanity.io: Human Values at the Heart of Education.” This global conversation highlighted a message that deeply resonates with us at Africodia: even as artificial intelligence and digital learning tools become more central to education, we must ensure that learners’ dignity, wellbeing and equal opportunities remain the driving force behind innovation.
WISE 12 opened up rich discussions on ethical technology use in schools, new pathways for future skills, and how communities can build learning systems that uplift those who are often left behind. For AfricodiaFoundation, this provided a valuable opportunity to bring African perspectives into the conversation especially the lived realities of girls and young people in Ghana who continue to face barriers to quality education.
Africodia Foundation’s participation in WISE 12 marks another step in amplifying our contribution to Africa’s education landscape. As we work to deepen our programmes and extend our reach, we welcome partnerships and funding support from individuals and institutions who share our vision of an equitable, human-centered future for every African child.
