All is set for this year’s ‘Liquid Prayers’ scheduled for Sunday, October 29, 2023.
Liquid Prayers is a spirit-filled programme where patrons are led in several sessions of praise and worship.
Annually hosted by Gospel Singer, Ruth Adjei, this year’s ‘Liquid Prayers’ will be held at the Accra Technical Training Centre (ATTC) in Dome, Accra.
This year’s event will be on the theme “The Encounter.”
Among others, Efe Grace, Sofo OB, Celestine Donkor, Bra Kwaku, Shadrack Mensah and Ako Karl will minister at the programme.
The event would also see the launch of the third album of Ms Adjei.
Speaking in an interview with Graphic Showbiz in Accra on October 20, 2023, Ms Adjei said “Liquid Prayers is very dear to my heart since it creates the platform for me to meet the people who listen to my music and have a positive impact in their lives. The feedback over the years has been very positive and I know that many good testimonies will abound from this as well.”
Before launching her first album in 2014, Ms Adjei had backed a number of artists including Joe Mettle, Hannah Marfo, Gifty Osei, Francis Adjei, Ceccy Twum and SP Kofi Sarpong.
Some of her songs are Woye Kronkron, You Are Holy, Ma Menye Dewo.
