A man believed to be in his late fifties and a resident of Ashaiman Lebanon Zone Two was found on top of an ECG high tension pole at Ashaiman Irrigation Development Authority Area.
The man, Alfred Agamah, is popularly known in Ashaiman as Yehowa Nyagbe. Passersby saw Adjei Kojo on top of the high tension and drew the attention of the Police.
The Motorway Fire and Toll both Fire Service Personnel and ECG Workers were at the scene to rescue Alfred.
Upon an interrogation, Alfred Agamah said he has been diagnosed with Kidney Disorder and has begun the treatment process.
He says he visited several hospitals and had now been referred to the Legon University Hospital. Alfred says he cannot afford the bills so he decided to commit suicide to end it all.
