At Least GhOne Is Free Today – Fans React As TV3 ‘Steals’ AJ Sarpong From Citi Fm

Media General, the parent company of TV3, has once again poached a top talent from another media house as AJ Sarpong joins the outfit.

TV3 announced Friday, March 3rd 2023 that AJ Sarpong has joined the company.

“Comunicado Oficial We are happy to have you join us @ajsarpong. Welcome to Media General 🎉,” the official Instagram account of the station wrote.

AJ Sarpong announced her departure from Citi Fm a few days ago. The news shocked netizens but makes more sense now following her move to Media General.

The company has in recent years been poaching all the top talent around, almost collapsing GhOne TV with the amount of talent they poached from them.

Berla Mundi, Giovanni Caleb and Anita Akuffo are just a few names TV3 grabbed from GhOne.

One netizen in reaction said at least GhOne is free today as Media General has now turned their attention to poaching from Citi rather than them.
