Bournemouth prevailed over Leicester City after being them 1-0 at the King Power Stadium. Ghana defender Daniel Amartey played 90 minutes for the Foxes while attacker Antoine Semenyo came off the bench to cameo in the game for the winners.
Tariq Lamptey watched Brighton’s 2-1 loss at Tottenham Hotspur from the screens due to a knee injury.
Manchester City hit four past Southampton at the St Mary’s Park. While Mohammed Salisu watched the action from the bench due to injury Kamaldeen Sulemana started the game and lasted until the 69th minute when he was replaced by Sekou Mara.
In the Championship, Albert Adomah came off the bench on the 67th minute to replace Ethan Laird when QPR suffered a 2-0 home loss to Preston North End.
