Ghana goalkeeper Benjamin Asare is reportedly attracting interest from French Ligue 1 side Toulouse FC following his impressive performances at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
According to reports in the local media, the French club have already made contact with representatives of the Black Stars shot-stopper as they monitor his situation closely.
Asare has emerged as one of Ghana’s standout performers at the tournament, helping the Black Stars keep clean sheets in both of their opening Group L matches against Panama and England.
The Hearts of Oak goalkeeper first came on at halftime against Panama before starting and starring in the goalless draw with England, where he produced several important saves.
His performances have seen his profile rise significantly, with the 33-year-old becoming the first Ghana goalkeeper to record back-to-back clean sheets at the FIFA World Cup.
While no official offer has been made, the reported interest from Toulouse highlights the growing recognition Asare is receiving on the international stage as he continues to impress for Ghana in North America.
