Black Sherif has emerged as the biggest winner at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards 2026 after being crowned Artiste of the Year at the Grand Arena on Saturday night.
The award marks the second time the musician has taken home the top honour after first winning it at the 24th edition of the awards scheme in 2023.
The “Iron Boy” hitmaker enjoyed a dominant night, taking home five awards including Album/EP of the Year, Best HipHop Song, Best Afropop Song and Songwriter of the Year. Medikal also had a strong showing with four wins, while Kofi Kinaata, Moliy and Stonebwoy were among the other major winners on the night. Highlife legend Daddy Lumba was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
