The alleged “Businessman” who is said to be making allegations against Energy Minister Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh on the land behind the Oak Plaza Hotel at Okponglo in East Legon has been unmasked as Daniel Mckorley also known as McDan.
The Chairman and Group CEO of MCDAN has become notorious in cases involving land ownership, all of which have had legal rulings against him. In a Ghana Web publication dated 11th February, 2024 Mcdan was sued for allegedly trespassing. The plaintiff Magnus A. L Souza has sued Mckorley and one Nii Mensah Ashong for trespassing on his land.
McDan is said to be engaging in these unlawful trespasses with his wife who is said to be the beneficiary of these acts.
