The two reportedly spent the night together a day before the incidence. During cross-examination Nicholas rejected accusations that on the said Friday when they spent the night together, they discussed how to seek spiritual help because life was difficult.
He said he only informed the other accused person of his plans to trave to his home town for the Easter festivities.
The Prosecutor Nana Adoma Osei pointed out to him that in his caution statement he stated that he will send the other accused person to his home town in the Volta Region if a spiritualist in Amasaman is unable to help them.
