A viral theft incident has emerged at Gushegu Municipal Hospital, where a young man posed as a nurse to steal mobile phones from patients.
According to reports, the individual was captured on the facility’s CCTV cameras moving around the hospital premises while carrying out the thefts.
The footage, which has since gone viral on social media shows the fake nurse appearing calm and composed as he moved in and out of the various wards.
Witness accounts suggest that the man blended in easily due to his appearance and mannerisms, allowing him to carry out his activities without immediately raising suspicion.
The suspect is said to have operated with precision, targeting unsuspecting patients and making away with their phones.
His ability to pose convincingly as a healthcare worker has raised concerns about security protocols within the facility.
As of now, it remains unclear whether the suspect has been apprehended.
