Frema Adunyame, Head of Events and Partnerships at Channel One TV and Citi FM, has expressed gratitude to the sponsors of the 2025 Heritage Caravan for their unwavering support in making this year’s edition a success.
Reflecting on the experience, she highlighted the dedication required to ensure each edition remains unique and engaging for participants.
Speaking with Channel One News’ Umaru Sanda Amadu as the Caravan concluded its eight-day journey across 14 regions and returned to the Greater Accra Region on Sunday, March 9, she stated:
“We make sure we don’t repeat the same experience every year, which is why patrons keep coming back. The Heritage Caravan may seem like all fun, but it requires immense dedication and commitment. It has been a fantastic journey.”
Ms. Adunyame also acknowledged the essential role of sponsors in subsidizing costs for participants, making the trip more accessible.
“Even by Day 2, patrons feel like they have already gotten their money’s worth. It is because of the whole thing is being subsidised by our sponsors. We’re super grateful to our sponsors—National Lotteries Authority (NLA), Hollard Insurance, OmniBSIC, Appolonia City, Standard Water, Peeva Beverages, GB Foods, GOIL PLC, Zonda and the Ghana Tourism Authority, our partner,” she added.
She further expressed appreciation to the police for ensuring the safety of participants and acknowledged everyone who contributed to the success of the Caravan.
