Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido has spoken about his long-standing admiration for Ghana, describing the country as a place that once became home to many Nigerian artistes because of its peaceful environment.
The 30BG label boss made the comments during a recent visit to Ghana in a conversation with Nigerian streamer Davrel, who was sharing his excitement about the country’s beauty and atmosphere. Davido said there was a period when several Nigerian musicians chose to live in Ghana.
“There was a time when all Nigerian artists were living in Ghana. It was so calm and peaceful, people showed love” Davido said, highlighting the strong connection between the two countries.
