Award-winning Nigerian Afrobeat artist Davido has introduced two new musicians who have joined his renamed Davido Music Worldwide record company.
Since its founding in 2016, DMW has been a trailblazer, serving as the first residence of the internationally famous superstar Davido. It has also successfully run its business. Mayorkun, Peruzzi, and Dremo were among the first group of artists hired by DMW, and today, they are all recognized as superstars.
They received their major break at the label and are now flourishing as independent businesses in the music business. The label would later develop into a group of talented friends who gave rise to iconic songs like “Aza,” “Mind,” and “Aje” that ruled the music charts and shook the continent’s airwaves. It is understandable why they received the prize for best record label two years in a row.
DMW is now prepared to unveil its second constitution, DMW 2.0, with a new view and a bolder outlook. This newly redesigned label claims to be more ferocious, better, and bigger than ever. The new identity symbol for the company is the first aspect of DMW 2.0 to be revealed. The previous parody of a young Davido noticing a king’s crown has been swapped out for a more forceful and audacious visual improvement that more accurately captures the label’s fresh outlook.
Morravery
Morravey is a young Port Harcourt-bred singer/songwriter with a distinct aptitude for blending Afro sounds with her signature vocals.
Logos Olori
Afrobeats sensation Logos Olori draws musical influence from his Southwestern heritage.
Morravey and Logos will be making their label debuts on none other than Davido’s upcoming album, “TIMELESS,” scheduled to drop on March 31, 2023, is more intriguing, folks.
They will join a distinguished group of top artists from around the globe who are featured on the eagerly awaited album. Being a fan of DMW at this moment is thrilling, and we are eager to see what the future holds. Prepare yourself to enjoy music at a whole new level with DMW 2.0 and its stellar talent lineup.
