The Division One League Zone One Championship playoff for this season will take place on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The 2023–2024 Access Bank Division One League playoff will pit the winners of Zones A and B against each other.
In a fierce battle for the top spot in Zone 1A, Techiman Heroes, Victory Club Warriors, and Tamale City FC are in pole position.
Techiman Liberty FC, Mighty Royals, and Young Apostles FC are all vying for the top spot in Zone One B.
The victor of the play-off game on June 4th will compete in the 2024–25 Ghana Premier League alongside other promoted teams from Zones Two and Three.
Currently, six Zone One clubs, namely, Aduana FC, Berekum Chelsea, Bechem United, Real Tamale United, Legon Cities, and Nsoatreman FC, compete in the top-flight league.
