Dreams FC will take on Nations FC in the final of the 2026 MTN FA Cup following a dramatic semi-final victory over Medeama SC in the second semi-final at the Swedru Stadium.
The “Still Believe” lads edged the Mauve and Yellows 3-2 in an entertaining contest, with Kevin Ahiable and Suraj Seidu scoring before John Antwi netted the decisive goal after the game had been tied at 2-2.
Medeama had fought back strongly to level the game, but Dreams FC held their nerve in the closing stages to secure qualification.
In the first semi-final last Friday, Nations FC recorded a narrow 1-0 victory over Aduana FC in a very tough and thrilling encounter.
Emmanuel Annor’s early eighth minute lead made the difference and was enough to seal their place in the final.
Dreams FC will be making their second-ever FA Cup final appearance, having won the competition in the 2022/23 season, while Nations FC will be chasing their first major trophy.
The stage is now set for an exciting final as both sides aim to make history.
