The Director of Baptist School Complex Orphanage (BASCO) at Trotor (near Suhum) in the Eastern Region. the Director of BASCO, Rev. Victor Ofori Amoah has applauded Citi FM/CIti FM for supporting the home.
On Easter Monday, staff of Citi FM/ Citi TV spent quality time with the children to mark the day. The gesture forms part of the annual Easter Orphan Project which seeks to support some orphans.
BASCO received items including books, several boxes of banana, rice, gari, maize, sugar, milk, drinks, detergents and toys. The rest were biscuits, confectionery, packs of water, cooking oil, stationery, Cash, toiletries among many others.
Expressing appreciation on behalf of the Home, Rev. Victor Ofori Amoah said, “We thank you very much and on behalf of the children in the house, we say thank you very much.”
The chief of Trotor who is a past student of BASCO was also at the event and thanked the Citi FM Foundation and all donors for the love shown to the school and the Trotor township.
