Ghanaian midfielder Enoch Morrison has completed a permanent move to Sudanese giants Al Merrikh SC, signing a contract that will keep him at the club until 2029.
Morrison joins Al Merrikh after an outstanding spell with Kenyan Premier League side Gor Mahia, where he played a pivotal role in the club’s successful 2025/26 title-winning campaign.
The 25-year-old enjoyed an exceptional season, earning the Kenyan Premier League Player of the Year award while also being named the league’s Best Midfielder in recognition of his consistent performances.
His impressive displays attracted interest from several clubs, with Al Merrikh ultimately securing his signature as they strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
The move marks another significant step in Morrison’s career as he prepares for a fresh challenge in Sudanese football with one of the country’s most successful clubs.
The Ghanaian midfielder is expected to bring creativity, experience and leadership to Al Merrikh as the club targets domestic success and a strong campaign in continental competitions during the 2026/27 season following his impressive achievements in Kenya.
