The management of popular Ghanaian musician Fameye has issued an official press statement in response to the recent viral footage showing the artist expressing frustration during his performance in the UK.
The event, in which Fameye was enraged at a DJ who allegedly stopped his performance, prompted substantial debate among fans and industry figures.
According to the statement, the problems stemmed from the DJ’s lack of professionalism during the event.
Fameye’s management said that numerous attempts were made to bring in either his official DJ from Ghana or Belgium to ensure a smooth performance.
However, the event organizers insisted on employing a pre-booked DJ, which defied the Fameye brand’s requirements.
