Ghanaian forward Mohammed Fuseini delivered an impressive performance by scoring twice as Union Saint-Gilloise settled for a thrilling 3-3 draw against Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven in a pre-season friendly.
Fuseini opened the scoring for the Belgian side before adding his second goal later in the contest to continue his fine form ahead of the new campaign. However, PSV responded strongly, with both sides producing an entertaining six-goal encounter.
The 23-year-old’s brace will provide a major confidence boost as Union Saint-Gilloise continue preparations for the 2026/27 season. Having enjoyed a promising debut campaign with the Belgian club, Fuseini is expected to play a key role in their domestic and European ambitions.
His latest display also serves as positive news for Ghana, with the forward maintaining his scoring touch ahead of the upcoming international window. Union Saint-Gilloise will now shift focus to their remaining pre-season fixtures as they fine-tune preparations for the new season.
