Ghana FA boss Kurt Okraku has paid a working visit to the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence (GSCE) located at Prampram in the Greater Accra Region.

The visit by President Okraku was to acquaint himself with progress of work on a number of ongoing infrastructural projects as well as to appropriately recognize the outstanding service of longstanding staff members.

“I want to thank you for your dedication to the Vision of the Football Association: The vision of “fixing the fundamentals” indeed starts at the technical centre where all our administrative and technical training takes place,” President Okraku said to all technical and administrative staff of the Centre.

He used the opportunity to eulogize two long-standing staff of the Center:

“I also use this opportunity to thank two of our longest serving staff members at the Centre, Mr. Augustus Addico and Mr. John Ogoe Baidoo, for their selfless service to the centre during the period they served our football community,” the President said with deep appreciation.

The Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence has seen a massive facelift since President Okraku took over the reins of leadership of Ghana Football. The President continues to work, together with the Executive Council, towards transforming the training hub into a world class facility.
