Andre Onesime Kolissala-Mbangui of the Central African Republic will referee the TotalEnergies AFCON 2027 Qualifier between Ghana and Somalia.
He will be supported by Bozoy Oriya Zaoubaye Wilfried De, also from the Central African Republic, as Assistant Referee I. Equatorial Guineas Juan Ngua Nguema Eleng has been appointed Assistant Referee II.
Gerson Adolfo Mico Esono Angono, another official from Equatorial Guinea, will serve as the Fourth Official.
Nigerias Mohammed Sanusi is the Match Commissioner, while Dramane Dante of Mali has been named Referee Assessor.
Danny Adotey from Ghana will act as Broadcast Venue Manager for the fixture.
The match will be played at Essipong Sports Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 3pm on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
