Actress Grace Omaboe popularly known as Maame Dokono has called for a statue to be built in her honor.
According to her, such an honor is needed to cement her legacy and to let the coming generations know about the contributions she’s made to Ghanaian cinema.
Maame Dokono made the claim during an interview with Blakk Rasta on 3Fm.

Her claims sparked some interesting reactions.
“She deserves it imo. We grew up watching this woman but unfortunately her political ambitions…. Hmmm,” one fan wrote.
