The leadership of the Ghana Union of Traders’ Associations (GUTA), has directed its members nationwide to welcome all political parties for constructive engagement as election 2024 approaches.
A statement signed by the President, Dr. Joseph Obeng, said this will enable the political parties to share their visions with the Association, as well as know the needs of the trading community and how the Parties will be able to meet those needs.
It will also give the Association the opportunity to make inputs into their manifestos.
The statement explained that trading is an integral part of the economy, as such, these interactions will enable the business community to do critical and proper analysis of the parties and their capabilities, which will in turn inform their decisions.
