
Hearts of Oak have strengthened their goalkeeping department with the signing of Vincent Anane.The former Legon Cities and Heart of Lions shot-stopper brings international experience from a stint in Albania.The 22-year-old, born on August 15, 2003, joins the Phobians as a free agent, marking his return to the Ghana Premier League.Anane began his senior career with Legon Cities, where he was part of the squad for the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons.He later moved to Heart of Lions, featuring for the club in the top flight. He also had a stint with FK Apolonia Fier in the Albanian second tier, where he gained valuable European experience.The signing comes as Hearts of Oak look to finalise their squad preparations for the upcoming season. The club recently had a FIFA-imposed transfer ban lifted after settling a dispute with former technical director Ren Hiddink, clearing the way for new registrations.
