Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have opened discussions with Accra Lions head coach Richard Afoakwa over a potential move to the club’s technical team, according to reports.
The Phobians are reportedly interested in appointing Afoakwa as assistant coach while also entrusting him with responsibility for their youth development programme.
