Ghanaian businessman Henry Fitz has seemingly taken a swipe at media personality and lawyer Serwaa Amihere following her recent advice to women against purchasing counterfeit designer products to create an impression of wealth.

Henry Fitz, who has previously been linked romantically to Serwaa Amihere, shared a cryptic message on Monday, October 26, 2026, through the Snapchat account of his Koforidua-based Dear Home Hotel.

The post, which has since been deleted, appeared to draw a connection between Serwaa’s comments about fake luxury items and their previously reported relationship, sparking discussions on social media.

In the message, Henry Fitz made a remark about buying original products before making a personal reference to finding a husband and allegedly pursuing someone else’s partner on his wedding day.

“If you know what’s original and can afford to purchase any kind of original product regardless, for yourself, like you would have originally found yourself a husband and not to go after someone else’s own on his wedding day. What’s faker than this?” he wrote.

Although Henry Fitz did not explicitly mention Serwaa Amihere by name in the post, its timing and wording led many social media users to interpret it as an indirect response to the broadcaster’s recent comments.

The message was later reshared on TikTok by blogger Lupi Love, bringing further attention to the apparent exchange.

Henry Fitz’s post comes shortly after Serwaa Amihere addressed women at The Complete Ignite Woman conference, where she advised them against buying counterfeit versions of expensive designer products simply to impress others.

The broadcaster encouraged young women to be patient with their financial journeys rather than feel pressured to acquire luxury items they could not yet afford.

Using her own experiences as an example, Serwaa recalled how she and her sister used to visit Kantamanto Market in Accra early in the morning to find fashionable clothes and bags when they could not afford more expensive alternatives.
