Hohoe United forward Francis Odoom has completed a permanent transfer to Heart of Lions.The 24-year-old attacker makes the switch as Heart of Lions continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season. Odoom, who joined Hohoe United in July 2024 from Dreams FC, made 21 league appearances for the Volta-based side during the 2025/26 campaign, scoring two goals and providing three assists.Odoom, born on March 16, 2002, came through the ranks at Dreams FC, where he made 12 Premier League appearances during the 2023/24 season. He also featured in the CAF Confederation Cup for Dreams, making two appearances.His move to Hohoe United in 2024 provided him with regular playing time, and he has now earned a permanent move to Heart of Lions as he looks to continue his development in the Ghanaian top flight.The Kpando-based club have been active in the transfer market as they prepare for the new season. Odoom’s arrival adds depth to their attacking options, with the forward capable of playing across the frontline.Heart of Lions finished the 2025/26 season in a mid-table position and will be looking to improve on their performance under the guidance of their technical team.The forward will now link up with his new teammates as Heart of Lions intensify their pre-season preparations.
