Medeama SC coach Ibrahim Tanko says defender Ebenezer Adade has put the controversial incident involving Asante Kotoko assistant coach Diogo Peral behind him and is doing well.Adade was involved in a heated confrontation with Peral during Medeama’s Ghana Premier League meeting with Asante Kotoko in Kumasi last weekend. The incident occurred near Kotoko’s technical area when the Medeama defender moved towards a loose ball, leading to an altercation in which Peral appeared to strike him.The Kotoko assistant coach was subsequently sent off and fined by his club following the incident.Tanko has now provided an update on Adade, confirming that the matter has been addressed and the defender is focused on his football.”He [Ebenezer Adade] is doing well, and yes, I mean, the incident that happened, we spoke about it, and I think I’ve also dealt with it in the media,” Tanko said.”So I think we have put it behind us and are now concentrating on our next game,” he added.Medeama are preparing to host Swedru All Blacks at the TNA Stadium on Sunday, November 8, in a Matchday 10 fixture. The Mauve and Yellow will be looking to return to winning ways after drawing 1-1 with Kotoko, with the result leaving them on 18 points from nine matches.Medeama remain top of the Ghana Premier League table, level on points with FC Samartex, and will be looking to maintain their position with victory over the seventh-placed visitors.
