Belgian international of Ghanaian descent Jérémy Doku is reportedly close to signing a new long-term contract with Manchester City, with negotiations between the two parties said to be at an advanced stage.
The Premier League champions are keen to secure the future of the winger until the summer of 2031, underlining their confidence in his development and long-term importance to the club. The proposed deal is expected to include a significant salary increase, reflecting Doku’s growing influence within Pep Guardiola’s squad.
