Ghanaian-British producer Juls has released his latest single Timing, a collaborative track featuring the talents of Black Sherif and Projexx. Dropped on October 4, the single blends highlife and reggae influences, creating a vibrant, immersive soundscape that merges cultures and celebrates the connection between Ghana and Jamaica. Timing delivers infectious rhythms and smooth melodies, showcasing Juls’ signature production style and rhythmic prowess.
Juls also announced his highly anticipated sophomore album, Peace & Love, set for release on October 25. Marking his 10-year anniversary in the music industry, the album promises to be a journey through the sonic landscapes of the countries that have inspired him over the years, including Ghana, Jamaica, Nigeria, Brazil, and the UK. The project boasts a star-studded lineup of collaborators such as Wretch32, Ghetts, Adekunle Gold, Asa, Masego, Jaz Karis, and Black Sherif, among others.
In addition to the album, Juls revealed plans for a limited podcast series, where he will host in-depth conversations with his collaborators. He will also debut a brand-new live setup at an exclusive sold-out show at Outernet in London on October 23, further marking his decade-long contributions to music and culture.
With Timing setting the tone, Peace & Love is poised to be a celebration of Juls’ rich, global musical journey and his influence on the Afrobeats and global music scene.
